I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was beautiful and offered a relaxing atmosphere, the room was quite small and in need of some updates. The service was a bit lacking, as I faced long wait times and untrained staff. Overall, the hotel provides good value for being close to nature, but it does have its drawbacks.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were small and in need of renovation, which was a bit disappointing. They either faced the pool or the main street.
Service
5.0
The service was not ideal, as the staff seemed untrained and only checked in on us once during our three-day stay. Also, there were some issues with locals cutting in line.
Location
9.0
The location is amazing, with easy access to beautiful areas like Playa Blanca and close to unique attractions like the butterfly house and aquaponics garden.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were somewhat limited, but the breakfast was fun thanks to the monkeys that joined us. Just wish it had more variety.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, offering lots of seating and shade, although the ambiance could be improved with less canned music.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was pretty decent and offered a variety of nearby amenities, I was really disappointed with the long wait for check-in and the bugs I found in the room. On the bright side, the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather, making my stay more comfortable. Overall, I’d say it’s okay but not ideal, especially considering the room quality.

Rooms

The room was comfortable with effective air conditioning, but having bugs was definitely a letdown.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location is great with easy access to Playa Blanca and surrounded by wildlife like monkeys and iguanas. The rooms, however, could really use some updates and cleaning. The service was lacking, especially regarding meal deals, but I did enjoy some lovely sights during my stay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had two double beds and good air conditioning, but I found a dead butterfly and a spider in the shower. The curtains felt outdated, and there was a strange humid smell. Also, the phone and internet didn't work.
Service
5.0
The service was not very helpful, and I was surprised to learn I had to pay an extra $20 for an evening meal despite my package deal.
Location

The location was beautiful, with a wide range of wildlife and easy access to Playa Blanca, but the smell in the common areas was unpleasant.
Dining

I wasn't impressed with the dining options and chose to eat elsewhere after one bad meal.

I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. The location was stunning, surrounded by the jungle and close to the beach, making it a great spot for relaxation and fun with kids. However, the rooms were definitely not ideal, as they were small, outdated, and had a bit of a musty smell. The service was a little frustrating at times, especially with how noise complaints were handled. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite tiny, dated, and unfortunately had a bit of an odor. It felt like stepping back into the 90s with the antique furniture, which wasn't very appealing.
Service
6.0
The staff was generally friendly, but there were some service hiccups, particularly with noise management in the evening.
Location
9.0
The location was beautiful and perfect for kids, nestled in the jungle and close to the ocean, which I really enjoyed.
Dining

The dining experience was fun, especially with all the wildlife around during breakfast, but I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant specialized in seafood without an upfront menu.

I stayed at this hotel and found the location really pleasant, with lots of beautiful trees and wildlife around. The rooms were a bit dated and not what I expected; they felt neglected, though they had the basics. The service varied, with some staff being helpful while others seemed uninformed. Dining options were quite limited as well. Overall, it was a decent experience, but certainly room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were rather dated and lacked care, not quite what I anticipated. They came with a bed, a TV, and a mini fridge—just sufficient but not impressive.
Service
6.0
While some staff members were friendly and helpful, there were a few that seemed clueless about basic information, which was quite frustrating.
Location
8.0
The location was attractive, filled with large trees and a variety of wildlife, and was reasonably close to the beach and other amenities.
Dining

The dining was disappointing as it was our only option on-site; I ended up going out for dinner the rest of the week because I didn't enjoy the food.
Facilities

Facilities were acceptable but nothing spectacular; they served their purpose without standing out.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the cleanliness and the effort of the friendly staff, the long wait for check-in and distance from the beach were inconveniences. Despite the lively atmosphere from the nearby party hotel, the amenities were decent and offered a comfortable experience overall.

Rooms

The rooms were typical of an international hotel style, featuring a bed, a window, a TV, a mini fridge, and a small bathroom. However, I found it disappointing to wait about three hours for check-in since we arrived at midday.
Service
7.0
The service staff was friendly and dedicated to our party of ten. They did their best, but some instructions about parking tags weren't very clear.
Location
6.0
While the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, it's quite far from the beach, which required a shuttle bus. However, it is conveniently located near a party hotel, which brings a lively atmosphere.
Dining
5.0
The dining options could use some improvement, especially since my breakfast appointment was confirmed the day before, but the service was seafood-only without any menu displayed outside.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional to me. I felt they could enhance the overall experience a bit more.

The hotel is set in a stunning location surrounded by nature, which I absolutely loved. The rooms are decent but could really use some attention, and the staff, while friendly, seemed a bit overwhelmed. A major downside was having to wait three hours for check-in, which is longer than I'm used to. Also, breakfast wasn't included, which was disappointing given the price.

Rooms

The rooms were okay, but the toilet had some issues running, which was a bit annoying. Also, the wait for check-in was longer than I expected.
Service

I had a pretty nice stay at this hotel, which is located in a great area with easy access to Playa Blanca and beautiful wildlife all around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they could definitely use a bit of modernization. The service was friendly, but I did have some issues with efficiency, particularly when it came to breakfast arrangements. Overall, it’s a good place for the price, but there are definitely some aspects that could be improved.

6.4/10

The hotel offers a stunning location surrounded by beautiful nature, including plenty of wildlife like iguanas and monkeys. The service is excellent, with friendly staff eager to assist. Unfortunately, the rooms were not what I expected and were situated by a busy road, which made them noisy. Dining options were limited, and I preferred to eat out in the nearby town instead.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not what I ordered and felt quite claustrophobic for two adults and a child. Being located by a busy road made them extremely noisy, especially in the mornings.
Service

Facilities
6.0
